Work products created for clients become the property of the client upon full payment, except for any pre-existing materials or methodologies owned by StreamlineStudio.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StreamlineStudio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

9. Voice AI Service Specific Terms

For Voice AI services:

• Call minutes are calculated based on actual usage
• Unused minutes do not roll over to the next billing period
• Service availability is subject to third-party infrastructure
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime but strive for 99.9% availability

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
